I used to open a random notepad to vent about work, family, or whatever life was throwing at me. Sometimes I just needed to talk at someone. Getting it out usually helped—even when nobody read it.
Lighter grew from that habit. Sometimes putting something into words, privately, helps unburden the mind. Letting it go can be its own small moment of relief.
