Reporting an issue

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Lighter version (in Settings → About), and what happened. A screenshot can help, but please hide any private writing first. I don’t need to see your thoughts to help.

Where are my held thoughts?

Thoughts saved with Hold for later appear in Review. Lighter currently stores them on the device; it does not sync them between devices.

Can I recover a released thought?

Undo is available briefly after release while the app remains open. Once that opportunity expires, Lighter has no recovery inbox, and I cannot retrieve your writing.

Tips and purchases

Tips are optional and processed by Apple. For a purchase question, include the date and tip name, but never send payment-card details or your Apple Account password.
